The Yorkshire Fells

Back into hills and dales country.

A lot of upland fells today. I was looking at the severity of the slopes.I always think about the fell runners and how amazing they are.

They absolutely fly down the hills. I talked to one once asking him how he did it. He said that you 'just let yourself go and trust to instinct'.

I haven't got the bottle!

    That's a very Don Juan thing to say. Did you ever read Castenada? He used to run through the desert at night..same premise..just trust..and you won't fall. Love that
