My Body Clock

After struggling with sleep my body clock had finally adjusted into a great routine.

I am now regularly off to bed at 9 and up at 5.

This works so well. I am out early walking in the 'cool' weather and completing 15 to 20 miles by lunchtime. This also gives me plenty of time mid afternoon and evening for recovery.

The body is a wonderful thing.

  1. I hope I don't hold you back in the mornings. I actually had a lie in this morning which is late for me anyway. 7.30 !!!!!!!! You've probably done about 4 miles by then.
    I did have a busy day though yesterday. Anyway I am sure you'll get me up and I probably will joining you at 9 as I'll be tired with all the walking.
