An Injury

A difficult day. I picked up an injury to my calf a couple of days ago which I thought I was managing ok but after just three miles today I was limping.

I rung Jenny and she says that it is the Soleus muscle (the little one that lies behind the big ones). Jenny has given me specific stretching exercises to do and I have to apply ice.

I bought a walking stick and providing I slow down and don't do any further damage then hopefully I will be ok.

  1. You've got to take it a little easier, be careful and don't over do things, reinforcements are on the way. Rest up when you can and take plenty of breaks. Take plenty of water on board in case your dehydrated.. See you thurs. Love Sue. Xxx
