A Day of Two Halves

Up and out again at the crack of dawn. I am still not sleeping well but at least I get an early start.

The first part of the day takes me through a collection of pretty little Worcestershire Villages. I am planning on stopping at a nice coffee shop that I know in Barnt Green. That is 14 miles away or 4 hours.....it seems a long way to go for a cup of coffee!

The second part of the day will be up into the West Midlands and into Birmingham...perhaps not quite so pretty.

Mark and Katie are joining me for the last 3 or 4 miles down the Canal and into the City Centre.

  1. Hi Bob, I enjoyed dinner and cathing up over a well earned pint last evening. I have my walking shoes at the ready for today. Lets hope we can slow you down to a canter rather than a flying horse. See you later today.

  2. Hey Mark, I think Bob wants to RIDE the flying horse :-)
Bob, Worcestershire is SO pretty, have you wandered into anywhere yet that you feel you would like to move to? I am so enamored with England right now and all the places you are seeing. There is this voice in my head constantly saying "take me with YOUUUUUU"
