Ahhhhh....The Luxury of a Hot Bath

Both Lynton and Vicky commented that I have turned into a softy!

I have to say that I have followed my regime of cold water religiously and it has probably helped my legs and feet.

However....you just can't beat a soak in a nice hot bath.

Today's Landlady has hot water by the bucketful and it is fantastic.

    I'm with you bob. You can't beat a nice hot bath filled with bubbles,surrounded by scented candles, and best of all sipping a glass of wine. Heaven !!!!!!!
    Might not be your cup of tea but its mine. Sue. Xxxx
