Well I really am stuck for what to say.
Such a fabulous journey and I have finally arrived.
I can quite honestly say that I have enjoyed every last little minute of it.
We have a lovely B&B tonight (the John o Groats Guest House) with a home cooked dinner... plus a nice bottle of Red to celebrate.
Well done Bob an absolutely magnificent achievement . Looking forward to buying you a beer or two when you get back and catching up on the whole experience.

I knew you could do it Bob, a BIG WELL DONE from me. I can't believe you've finished and just to prove it your standing by the finish line.
ReplyDeleteAll your time and effort has certainly paid off I am very proud of you and what you've achieved, and all for a great cause, Friends Of The Elderly.
Yes we found a great b&b in John O Groats run by Mary and Mark wonderful hosts who have looked after and spoiled Bob so a big thank you to you both, and yes if your up here you must stay with them at John O Groats Guest House.
The evening meal was superb and they joined us in a toast to Bobs achievement .
So tomorrow were off to Lochinver about a 100 miles away so we are looking forward to that, and I've told Bob were not getting up at 6 and breakfast for 6.30, we are on holiday now. I bet he will be up at 6 and sorting his rucksack and boots out.!!!!!!!!
